The National Wildlife Federation is urging everyone to keep Congress rolling with plans towards a cleaner future. In order to pass strong, inclusive Global Warming legislation, we must first pass an energy bill for 2007. An energy bill that requires the use of more renewable energy, call for vehicles to go farther on one gallon of gas and more protection of our public land.
Visit NWF Action of the Day to see if your Representative is a cosponsor for strong Global Warming Legislation. Also, cross yout t's and send a letter to Congress to Jump Start their decision for cleaner energy.
Do you like my image? It's how I imagine clean energy to look if you could see it. ..wow Ok, I'm ending this post.

U.S. Senate Needs a Jump
25 October 2007
Once Every 5 Years
What could be more rare then seeing a North American Grey Wolf moving out of Yellowstone and reestablishing its numbers in this world..
How about a farm bill to be considered by the Senate.
Every five years the U.S. Senate mulls over the farm bill to reauthorize its conditions. Although it sounds like nothing we should really occupy ourselves with ..I mean I don't farm; I live in the Raritan Bay for starts.. but farm bill programs typically provide billions of dollars to farmers who take up the responsibility of practicing cleaner, environmentally safer farming methods. For instance, reducing pollution or providing wildlife habitat.
Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) is asking you to write to your Senator to make sure that this new farm bill goes above and beyond the last one. They do provide a prewritten letter in their Action Center if you would just like to cross your t's. Take Action Heroes!
